A-Stretch Cock Exercise

The A-Stretch is a an exercise for the more advanced penis exerciser.

Its my least favourite exercise, but has become part of my regular routine.

Its fairly simple to achieve and below are the steps you need to do.

1. Have your penis from 0-50% erect, this is not an exercise to do fully aroused.

2.  With your hand gripped about 1 inch below the head or glands of your penis, pull the cock straight out.

3.  With your cock stretched out, place your other arm under your penis.

4. Then pull your cock over your arm – for more force push your arm upwards, being careful not to use too much force.

5. Hold this position for 20-30 seconds and repeat as necessary

    To get extra leverage I find that it works great to wrap you lower over the wrist of the hand holding your cock. You can then regulate the pressure with relative ease and add significant pressure without fatigue. In my case I enjoy this exercise.
